How It Works

This is a direct commercial purchase agreement — not a securities offering, investment fund, or pooled financial product. Each member independently purchases a specific, identifiable piece of luxury jewelry inventory at commercial wholesale pricing. After payment processes, the member receives an invoice. Within 90 days, the item is individually logged, documented, and tracked in our inventory records under the member's name, along with an Item #, GIA Certificate #, and Item Description. Our company provides sourcing, authentication, custodial management, inventory documentation, merchandising, consignment placement, and resale facilitation services through our own and affiliated luxury retail relationships and networks — all codified under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Each item is individually assigned, named, and tracked under the purchasing member's identity in our inventory and allocation records. No two members share, co-own, or have any interest in one another's inventory. There is no common enterprise, no pooling of assets, and no collective investment agreement of any kind. Resale timing, liquidation outcomes, and market pricing may vary based on market conditions, authentication requirements, and buyer availability. Commercial processing, settlement, and custodial timeframes will apply and will be specifically detailed in your member agreement. For higher-value positions, members have the right to register applicable commercial interests through recommended UCC filing procedures. Full inventory details, allocation documentation, and resale channel information are provided within your executed member agreement.
